If you are looking to live temporarily in a place, another factor to consider is whether maid service is included in the cost. Just like with a regular rental, some companies or landlords may include all of the utilities in your rent, including electricity and gas. Other places may only include partial utilities, such as sewer and trash. And some places may not include any utilities. Since this can affect the total cost of your rental, it is important to find out what utilities are or are not included in the short term rental.
